Supremacy 1914

This game is a free to play strategy mmo game play on a web browers now I can't wait to play it but I have a few questions first.
1 does it need any kind of installs
2 if so will the installs harm my computer
3 will it slow down you internet or wifi
4 is it a game worth goin in all of this trouble for

Thank you for that but I am not stupid I have done some research before posting and I did look at a few pages and the wiki. But it just said" you must have a java plugin to play" ? . I know I have java I updated it yesterday.
