    I have Windows 7 on my desktop and been getting this error a lot lately and PC even reboots itself from time to time! I've looked up dif solutions on internet and nothing seems to help at all.  Only think hooked up is scanner, mouse, keyboard, web came and wireless printer. Is this something that I'm going to have to have someone look at?

    How long have you had Win 7 on this PC ? ?
    If you updated/installed it did you re-install Win 7 drivers for all your components ? ?
