Webpage layout isn't right

When ever I go onto BBC iplayer and sometimes other websites, the layout and format of the website is not as it should be.
An example picture is attached. I have tried Chrome, Firefox and safari and all are the same and I am clear of viruses.

Do you have any internet connection issues that could cause the page to fail to completely load?

I've just tried installing the new Flash but it hasn't worked

Looks like I edited what I had initially posted and saw that you went with info I originally posted about plugins.

I read this again and caught a key word "sometimes" happens with other sites. Do you have a weak wireless connection or any internet connection issues which could cause a site/page to load partially?

It's not the best of connections because its uni accommodation but previously i've been able to load it just find and watch the
videos. At the moment BBC webpages always mess up but sometimes apple does as well

Do you have access to a wifi hotspot that has a strong connection to see if the problems are gone at a good internet connection?
