windows xp start with black screen and mouse only

the issue is:
my windows xp suddenly start in black screen when i try to open it in regular mod

windows in black screen will mouse cursos show only.i try to tyes f8 and go in safe mod.

All the things i could do is:
boost into safe mod
boost into safe mod with internet
boost into command

the things i tried and cant work:
return to the last best setting
ctrl+alt+delete

i dont have windows xp install dics

i am on os windows xp ,with 2GB ram,intel core 2 duo e7400 2.8GHz
no display card install.No any driver was update this week.the system restore was cleaned,no check point was saved.

please help me anyway you can.i just find the solution with these issue for a month already,that was so annoying at home without a computer.HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Boot into safe mode.
Create a new user account.
Reboot ans use the new account.
Does that work?

how to create a new ac?because i dont need to tyes admin passwordsto login to window. i am just a beginner

Find the control panel. There find user accounts. You can create a new user. The reason I say this is that in a few cases an error has  made the user profile corrupt.  The easy way to find out is to just create a new user, which is harmless.
Try it and see.

i still get black screen with mouse only issue after i create and use a new user ac.

Do you have the CD used to install Windows on  that computer?
The install CD can be used to repair the system.
