    Hi,
    Was using the internet fine as I only got my laptop the 23/1/2015 and by the 16/2/15  the internet broke. When I put my mouse in the internet bars it says my network then underneath that no internet access. When I click on internet explorer it loads for a while and then says cannot display the web page and then fix connection problems. I click it wait five minutes and then it says fixed. It works fine for about two minutes and then the same thing happens. Do you know how I can fix this?  :) thanks ;)

    Are you using a wireless connection?  Are you using a wireless router that you bought or one provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?  Brand and model?  How old is it?
