    You've got some adware problems. Look here:

    You also seem to have Norton products which suck up system resources on a good day. What all do you have running there?

      Look harder.

      August 16
      Process Explorer v9.25
      Process Explorer v9.2 shows a real-time CPU graph in its tray icon, adds CPU graph and I/O delta columns to the process view, reports 32-bit loaded DLLs for 32-bit processes on Windows 64-bit systems, and lets you view and edit process security descriptors. It also supports Windows Vista.

          Look at the CPU usage, what is using your cpu?

          it uses 100 cpu and when I kill it everything is fine.  How do I get rid of it permantly?

            Check the menu entry to see if there is an uninstaller.
            Check Add/Remove Programs to see if there is a remove option.
            Check msconfig to see if you can stop it from starting.
            Download & run Hijackthis to stop it from starting.
            Search your computer for the .exe file & then delete it from safe mode or with KillBox.
            Run a registry cleaner to tidy up.

            AOL = AO *censored*.

            Try using something else.
