    Blank Aero windows 7 palette
    « on: May 07, 2015, 08:35:02 AM »
Is there any software that is entirely your taskbar that is full screen. Like, your reading this right now, so look at the top of the window and see how its clear? Is there any program that is like that covers the entire window? I thought it looked cool and would like one.

Your post is hard to understand. You can adjust the task bar at the bottom of the screen. Or hide it. Or move it.

      Quote
      To resize the taskbar

Right-click an empty area on the taskbar. If Lock the taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked. ...
Point to the edge of the taskbar until the pointer changes into a double-headed arrow‍‍ , and then drag the border to make the taskbar the size you want.
      Does that help?

If you look at the task bar, you see how it has like diagonal inlay. Well I want an entire program that is the same design as a task bar (transparent), that covers the entire program. It's like using TortoiseSVN. Here's a photo: , if that image doesn't work, click this: https://www.dropbox.com/s/xwawbnedkw00k5v/image.jpg?dl=0 Do you see how below the text box is a transparent aero window? Well I want a program that covers the entire window with that.

It's still not entirely clear what you want. I do, however, know what you are talking about.

Do you mean a program that will cause this effect on any other program, or a pointless program that just shows an otherwise blank window that has the effect, like this?

The effect itself is achieved using dwmBlurBehindWindow and dwmExtendIntoClientArea. I wasn't able to get the latter working here which is why a border is still visible.

Kind of like that, could you send the Microsoft Visual Studio file(s) over?
