I'm trying to acquaint myself with a Mac Pro that belonged to my son. My son is no loger with us.An online tutoring site takes me where I'm to install an application. In order to do that, however, I'm required to enter the Username and Password  that my son, as the Administrator had set up. Since I don't have that information I'd like to reset a new Username and Password. Is there any way that that could be done without having to take my (big) Mac Pro to a computer store?

Thanks in advance for the replies

Either: 1. We are sorry for your loss. 2. Good try, bud. Either way: no, you take it to a store with proof of ownership.
