im unable to start my computer normally. i gotta use disable driver signature enforcement or after i hibernate my laptop. i have try system restore, and it doesn't help at all. the problem start after i shut it down and it went to updating. i close the laptop and went to work. when i came back from work i open my laptop and it was frozen on the updating screen. the laptop was heating up badly. i press and hold the power button and shut it down. after i waited for the laptop to cool down, i start it up. it went to that black screen. my option are to start normally and system restore. i have try both but it wont start normally. so i want to solve this problem.
