    What make/model computer?
    What Operating system version?
    How much free hard drive space do you have left?

    What Windows do you have? If 7 and 3GB RAM weaker computer, then use XP and you will have more disk space. If you don't know how to do that then send it to service somewhere. If you want you to solve your problem at home you will have to give us more info about your computer.

    You can safely ignore the above "advice"...

    "Use XP if you have 3gb or less of RAM" - err... no...
