    Will my build work?
    « on: June 07, 2015, 08:16:16 AM »
Looking for experts to tell me whether the parts are compatible with each other. All help will be appreciated:

Will this build work as a gaming computer? It totals to around £1100 with keyboard and Monitor included. Also, with this being my first time building I am open to any suggestions for replacements. I'm not certain on the hard drive so any suggestions for that are welcome. Thanks

Can I now have confirmation that all parts are compatible and i am not going to run into any problems with parts not fitting or working together after i buy them. Thanks in advance.

On a further note, What type of settings will this computer be able to run games such as: CS:GO, Fallout and MMOs?

Those parts will work together fine.  The only change I would make would be the PSU.

The Corsair CX PSUs are okay but nothing special, you can certainly do better.  If you don't mind spending a bit more, this is a fantastic option: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-014-SF or if you want something around the same price: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020054-UK-RM650-Modular-Supply/dp/B00FG9FWF8/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1433687435&sr=8-8&keywords=650w+xfx would also be a good option.  Both of those are better quality than the corsair CX and have modular cables.  They are 650w compared to your 750w but 650w is still way more than enough for the parts you have there.

Your best bet for that would be to look around online and see what performance others are getting in games with your video card and CPU.
