    It is suggested by a transcribing program I am starting to use, hopefully for business purposes, to set the local folder where my email program stores attachments to automatically load dictations from received emails.  I'm wondering how to do this with gmail, if it's a good idea, & any directions/alternate suggestions in this regard. I am quite a novice.  Thanks much.
