i am using windows 7, 32bit. i used partition magic from hiren and found my 2 drive hidden, i need all my files and document. i tried to format, create those drive but message pop out like "an unexpected error has occurred. check the system event log for more information on the error. close the disk management console, then restart disk management or restart the computer "
