Was this system hit by malware or a virus? Do you have the system recovery media for this system to install the OS clean to it? Do you have a repair disc for this OS to perform a repair installation?

I need to know what you have one of... Virus, Repair Disc, or System Recovery Media. Then I can direct you further.  :)

You will want to backup your data to a thumb drive or external hard drive. Then create a Windows 7 Repair Disc.

After you create this, you boot your system off of it and perform the repair process.
