virus wont let me connect to internet

how do I update drivers? it is wireless

When you right-click on the device in Device Manager and select Properties you should see a button there to update the drivers but I would suspect there is something wrong with the interface.
Did you try connecting your computer to the modem with a cable?

I tired connecting to router with wire no internet access

Did you try resetting the modem? Do you have a laptop or notebook to try on that modem?

its a laptop I did reset modem and all other devices connect fine. I reset drivers still no luck

Do you get any yellow warning icons in Device Manager?
