Maybe this question was already asked, but I don't find it. I would like to use the Voice Recognition in Windows 10 to do a search on the Web. Like the 'Hey Google' thing, winch is an Android and Apple app.
I have searched and can not find a windows app that does that. 
Sometimes when I am trying to find something and just can not get what I want, it is easier to just pick up a
Android tablet and just talk to it. Works good! But why can't I do it in
Windows 10? Where is it?
