The software needs to be installed "manually", one by one. Sorry.

No, you didn't. But you may have had a cd that installed BOTH the OS and the programs. You would create an image of the drive and then install that image on the other pc's (as long as they are all the same hardware).

The OP may wish to learn more about how system administrators install software in a large organization. But it is beyond he scope of this forum to provide a full tutorial about how to quickly and legally install software on several computers.
      Here is a starting point:
      https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb742420.aspx
      Quote
      Software Installation and Maintenance
This paper describes Windows 2000 Software Installation and Maintenance, one of the key Change and Configuration Management features. Administrators can use Software Installation and Maintenance to manage software throughout the software's life-cycle to reduce their organization's Total Cost of Ownership for Windows 2000 Professional.
Yes, that is very old material. Bu is  the basic foundation of how they do it.
Or, he can watch some videos:
      https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb742420.aspx
Using network install is the prefetched method, not a DVD.
      Watch the video.

Just look up unattended installs...and refine your search to the OS and apps you're installing...
