lost all outlook email after a system restore

Hello, I am not tech saavy so any help would be much appreciated. We had a power outage last night and I had to do a system restore this morning. I have a Dell running Windows 7 and Microsoft Office/Outlook 2007. The system restore wiped out my email. I re-created it but have no folders, email, etc. A previous thread said that I would find it in c:\documents and settings\...\...\... but I don't have a c:\documents and settings or c:\apps or anything. Help! ! ! !

1) I deleted your post in the other thread. Aside from the fact it was 8 years old, please do not post the same question more than once.

2) Do a search on your system for *.pst   Let us know the result and we'll go from there.

Thank you and my apologies, my first time on a forum. My search returned 16 files. There should be literally hundreds. It says that it is in a folder called Work contacts/Clarity Consultants (Personal Folders) but gives nothing for actual location.

You have hundreds of E-mail accounts? PST files hold all the data for an E-mail account in Outlook.

Normally they are found in C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\Outlook Files  (With <Username> being your username, of course).

What kind of System Restore did you do? Was this a Windows SYstem Restore, or a Factory Reset?

I have c:\users\cookie but no document folder. I used Windows system restore.
