The problem is that my computer periodically freezes and unfreezes. Like when you make google restore down and click outside its border and you can't type anything in google. Kind of like that but the restore down effect applies to all of the windows and I can't type anything when it happens. It happens for 2-3 second and it goes away. Also my mouse cursor turns into refreshing icon but with the cursor still on it whenever the freezing effect happened.
This only happened when I downgraded java or maybe when I added some missing dll file in the system. The dll file I added is api-ms-win-crt-stdio-l1-1-0.dll
