open multi windows at a time

Every time I go to my Hotmail or open any windows, it open up multiple windows and slows down the process, ho can I stop those pop up windows from opening ?

Is it normal for the site your visiting to do this... as in are you trying to disable a natural behavior of a website or ... do you have a system that is infected with a browser hijacker thats launching windows you dont want?

Malwarebytes can clean up a browser infection.

Disabling other windows from opening on a system that is not infected and this is the normal functionality of the website is almost impossible because your browser is getting the info direct from the web server from that website which is telling to load these windows. You would need a proxy and some programming to allow some of the websites content to go through and stripping it of what you dont want in which content from a website is dynamically reconstructed/reformatted to your liking. This isnt an easy process.
