Administrator username/password

I need to check my hard drive for a deleted email message. But don't have the admnistrator username/password. Is there a way to bypass the username/password to check check the hardrive without installing software?  Thank you.

How do you not have the administrator user name and password for your system to gain access to your deleted e-mail?


There are ways without installing software as long as drive isnt encrypted but cant help with the method because its odd that you dont have your username and password for your admin account. 

Maybe the Trash Bin of the e-mail provider still has this e-mail in it...
