How to bypass Admin Password to sign on
    « on: September 19, 2017, 03:55:06 PM »
    I have forgotten my password.
I changed the boot sequence to open from CDRom and was reloading windows but it stalls at the part where you accept the terms and agreement.
Anything else I can try before throwing it out the window ?   ??? ??? ???
Thanks for any help. Going to try to attach a photo of the screen. It is Windows XP

It's an old one I had sitting in closet. I want to toss it just wanted to make sure all my personal stuff is deleted.
I guess I can just take the hard drive out and destroy it.
      Thanks anyway.

Too often people come here expecting us to tell him how to defeat password protection in Windows. When the stop doing that because we have no way of knowing if the person really is the owner of the computer.
If your intention is to sell the computer to somebody else, you could just remove the hard drive and sell the computer without the hard drive. The Windows password is kept on the hard drive and not in some other place in the computer
