Printing a text copied by FastStone Capture

When I copy a received email text by using WORD, I can easily print it by going to FILE > PRINT, but when it's a text copied using FASTSTONE CAPTURE instead of WORD, the toolbar does not pop up at all, and therefore I cannot access the word FILE.

Any solution for this problem, please?   

Have been racking my brains for hours to solve it on my own, but I got nowhere, except a bout of dizziness...

Copy and paste it in a Word or Notepad document. You can then edit it and get a better printout.
