    Issue with EFS ???
    « on: October 10, 2017, 03:29:39 AM »
Hi, I am getting an issue when I try to open some pictures on my PC, that it tells me that I don't have permission to view them, I've tried to set the permissions to let me view them but it doesn't let me. I think it's cuz I encrypted them with EFS, is there any way to solve what my issue is here?

If the file is indeed encrypted with EFS then you need to open it while logged into the same account on the same computer that created it.

If that isn't possible, and there is no emergency encryption key disk made, the data is lost.
