You will and add a  suitable monitor of your choice.

The big difference is size. That is why I asked about what you wanted. Some professionals want the smallest possible thing that fits on their desktop. The HP model above fits that. But here are no options for  adding  anything inside.

Other  people what a big box that allows the option of putting more stuff inside. Maybe a an extra hard drive or some kind of interface card for a special project.

Both are about the same price. But have good performance at a fair price. Bother companies have good support.
I recommend either Dell or HP base on personal experience.

May have too much power.. but then maybe not.

This post seems absolutely absurd to me.  You say "don't need anything fancy not playing games on it....using it for email, Facebook and want to install office", then follow that with a long list of features which go way beyond your stated computing use.

if you compare the differences in specs of 2 PC's, than one will be better based on the spec that's important to you.

Consider:
What about warranty? Does the unknown brand offer a one  year warranty? Isf so, how would a Return Merchandise  be handled?
And support? What if a flaw was found in the BIOS?

I think the brand name companies have better support.
These are considered better for support:

Apple
Asus
Dell
HP
Lenovo

Alphabetical order.
Anybody want to make of list of those that have worst  supportty?
