    Windows 10 random short hangs

    My PC is hanging for less than a second every few minutes.  It happens regardless of the load.  It started when I installed my new cpu, and I've already replaced it to no avail.  I have attached my specs.
     
    MOBO: A320MA-M.2
    AMD Ryzen 3 1300X Quad-Core
    8gb ddr4 2666 ghz RAM
    NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti

    go into Control Panel, System, Device Manager, is anything coming and going as this 'hanging' thing happens?
    any audible prompts?
