My computer boots normally however when it gets to where you get where you enter password, the screen is a blank colored screen. I have the mouse icon, internet, ease of access and shut down/restart. Everything else is blank. I tried f8. It does not work. I can get to f2. In f12, there is one option. I do not know what to do. What can I do?
