All you PC users running Microsoft Windows can access files you store in Microsoft's cloud storage, called OneDrive, with your Android tablet and/or phone.  To install the OneDrive app on your Android device, visit Google Play Store and search for Microsoft OneDrive, or just Microsoft, and install OneDrive.

And, if you use Word and/or Excel, you can get a free version of both from the Google Play Store, thereby making opening and editing of your Word and Excel files possible on your Android device.  Numerous other Microsoft apps are also available from Google Play Store.  These free Word, Excel, etc. apps for Android are not full featured versions but are sufficient for most users.  For more information about Microsoft apps for Android, see https://products.office.com/en-us/mobile/office-mobile-apps-for-android
