I'll bow out at this stage, way too much of a grey area for me.
controlling your staff's PC in the manner you are attempting, is not only plain wrong but illegal.
just because you can do it doesn't mean you are allowed to. when your staff find out, I can only imagine the repercussions you'd be facing.
networked systems have other, mainstream, authorised methods to do this.
you don't need help setting up software, you need legal advice first.
and if this level of intrusion and control is also required on family members, mate - you have bigger problems.
