lost wsock32.dll for W98SE

How can I reinstall wsock32.dll file for Windows 98 SE, I have misplaced my original installation CD?  Of course, without it I cannot access the internet, so I will have to download the file onto my sister's computer without affecting her XP system.  Can I download to a disk thru her computer, and then load into mine?  Help please!
