Unknown Name

Hi, when I was doing a scan with my av (Avast) on my wifi, it came back with a name on it that I don't know
how it got there. (See image).



The name Asha302 is mine. I haven't a clue where "Ian" has come from. I have got my printer connected
wireless through my router.

Is there a reason for this to be happening?

This is sorted now. CH have pointed out what I'd missed, it says lan (LAN). Oh my, I feel such a fool.
