    Cannot shut down

    My laptop after setting with windows 10 cannot shut down. I mean that after shutting down, my power led still turns on so I have to press the power button to turn off.

      Hi,
      I suggest you to perform a power drain. Disconnect all the devices from the system, press and hold the power button for 10-15 sec (If it is a laptop with removable battery, remove the batter and perform this step)
