I would use all of that for Win 10...even that is cutting it close.

Ideally to run 2 flavors on 1 PC i always use seperate HDD's...but that's up to you.

This why I want to use separate HDD's, one for W7 and one for W10, Is that good ?

It's the cleanest method...i recommend it for a few reasons...
Drives fail...if 1 fails you have the other.
Seperate HDD's eliminates all the headaches Windows boot loader can have.
It's also more efficient for backups such as drive imaging apps.
Each HDD can see the other drive so if needed moving/copying from 1 to the other is simple.

      That's my take on things.

Note: when creating the Win 10 HDD the other drive should be disconnected completely until the new OS has been installed fully...tested...and updated.
Note#2 You will need touse BIOS at startup to determine which OS/drive to boot to...after a day or 2 this becomes very easy.

How I can disconnect the other drive ?

Just remove either the power cable or the data cable at the drive's end...

You will need to have a bootable media...USB or CD with the Win 10 installer on it.

          Patio is right.  :D
          Two drives are better.

If you have a motherboard that does not have a extra SATA port, you might try this:
          A. Remove you DVD/CD drive and make it an external.
          B. Then use that SATA for a second HDD. Check the BIOS settings.

To boo from the second drive you can swap cables. Or specify boot drive in BIOS.

This is not a good suggestion...it's very simple using the BIOS.

I agree.  Cable swamping can eventually damage the cables.

I agree.  Cable swamping can eventually damage the cables.
It also doesn't work in AHCI Mode as the boot device is saved via  the device name.
