Hi.
I've noticed an issue lately occurring sometimes when I attempt to move files on my drives if they have been recently opened. Very often if I open an .exe for example and then close the program I'm unable to move/delete some of the associated files as it's being used by another process. I had assumed that this was something with the the programs or OS (Win10) still doing something with the program after I ran it and closed it.
But I've recently started to look at the processes that are locking the files up and every time it's Google Chrome (I pretty much invariably have the browser open constantly and have allowed all related Google services to run). Any one have any idea why this is happening? Seems pretty odd to me.
