    On my phone answering sevice I got a message .It said it was from mocrosoft and that I had to renew my lease to keep windows.
    I never heard anything like that before.
    they give me phone numbers and stuff.
    I thought maybe it  could be fake

    Definitely a scam, Microsoft will never call you out of the blue.  The whole "lease to renew Windows" one is new to me, they often call claiming your machine is infected, at any rate, they are all scams.
