My Laptop Freezes!

Hi, i have a problem with my Laptop, when i open some programs/games my Laptop Freezes and i can't do anything, i need to forcefully shutdown the laptop, then to open it again, sorry if my English is not that Good.

I'd recommend a full scan with Avast! to try and see if there is any type of harmful program on your computer that is causing this. There might be a slight possibility of a hard drive malfunctioning or the operating system being corrupted or missing files, but these usually result in a blue screen of death.
