Trusted Publishers in Office?

I was noodling with my Macro settings and noticed that my MS Office has a "Trusted Publisher" of Insecure.Com LLC - It has a "DigiCert EV Code Signing CA (SHA2)".

I presume everything is kosher, but can anyone tell me more?
