Error message File : \windows\system32\winload.exe

I have a problem to boot with Windows 7 64 bits (Laptop of my cousin)
The error message is like that  :

Code: [Select]
File : \windows\system32\winload.exe
Status : 0xc00000e9
Please what can i do to solve this problem ?

Usually failing hard drive. Run HDD diagnostic.

Now i'm scanning the hard drive with HDD Regenerator in Hiren Boot CD !
When the scan will finish i will tell you the result !
