Help - Computer crashes

Hello.
I've been having some problems with my computer. Every time i play a video and close the tab, my screen crashes into a blurry black/grey mass.
Any idea what the problem might be?

(Computer is a HP EliteOne I5)

is it always the same video or any video?
what is the software you are using to watch the video?
have you tried changing the software, like a different browser or media player?
