Five of the same tasks running. Making my laptop slow.
« on: January 24, 2019, 11:44:11 AM »
Hey everyone, I have a Dell laptop that uses an AMD E2 graphics chip. Anyways, I had some trouble installing the graphics drivers for it, and when I got them it worked fine. When I go and click on my icon tray in the bottom right, there are five AMD Radeon icons there normally. If I go into task manager, I see five instances of Radeon Settings: Host Application running at the same time. If I end all of them but one, nothing happens. But if I end the last one, they all come back. I'm at a loss as to why multiple instances of the same program are running, especially graphics. I'm usually good with finding why things like this happen, but I only see one instance of the program on the hard drive. Any help would be appreciated.
