Huge new Microsoft features In Windows 10

I did a quick read and could not find the Huge Features. 
Will somebody tell me what I missed?

Tha Daily Express is a tabloid far-right piece of trash, even by UK standards. It regularly features non-stories like this. Don't poison your mind by visiting their their website.  It's just a load of rehashed hype about the 1903 update, and a copied list of features in recent Insider builds.
