    The Internet is limited in our country so I want a program that allows me to download a certain amount of data

    i can set it up and leve it to downlode this certain  amout

    any softwere can do that other than internet downlode manger?

      Are VPN allowed in your country? Or there is a general problem with the Internet connection?
