New Small Business Owner - Recommendation for Desktop

I'm a new small business owner (event planning) and I currently use my laptop but would like to get a Desktop. My intended software will be SmartDraw and All Seated for the most part. I'm proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and also use a lot of spreadsheets, images, photos and file sharing with my team. I always feel like recommendations in retail stores can seem like surface information being passed on to me. Can anyone suggest a couple of good choices for laptops for someone in my field. I had been looking at the Dell-Inspiron All-in-one 24-3477 but I was also told that the Dell Latitude line is a better line for small business owners. I'm also looking at the HP Pavillon All-in-one 24 X0020. Any assistance is appreciated.

My apologies, my request is specifically for a desktop computer.

You won't go wrong with Dell or HP in a business environment. Find one that meets your requirements and go with it.

By the way, what do you think about using laptop with external monitor?
For example, I use HP laptop plus Dell 24" external monitor, and Apple keyboard. As for me, this is the most comfortable setup, as it is possible to use laptop separately and hold all necessary data with you.
