IS possible to access Clipbaord History without keystroke?

Hi!

I have disabled Windows shortcuts generally - for own purposes and don't want to change anything.

I was using yet Clipboarder gadget and ignored Clipboard History in Windows.
I have simple Q:
Is possible access clipboard history by other way than Win+V?
I tried URI Launcher and there I found nothing about.

It runs within the explorer process. If there is a way to get to it other than Windows Key+V Then it has not been documented.
