Windows 7 random slowdowns, bandwidth cutouts, and programs opening on their own

So, ive been encountering issues with this Win 7 laptop. Fresh install, behind like six updates, (i tend to procrastinate on that, one reason i stuck with XP until the laptop broke). Anyway, settings up my games and stuff like that.

Recently its been acting weird. So, ill have RANDOM bandwidth cutouts where i have to reconnect to the wifi. A few times ill be at the kitchen and when i get back to my laptop theres another program open which I DID NOT OPEN. The Virus total site likes to glitch with font/didnt work on me at all just now, avast isnt detecting anything, neither did Malwarebytes trial right before I switched to avast for the real-time protection. Security Check is stuck on the "Checking System Health" point, and my pc was "arguing" with me to download Adwcleaner, and the MBAM scanner, took two or three times each.

And sometimes watching Youtube, sometimes after a bandwidth cutout or not even that, ill pause it and it refuses to resume the video, just still says its paused, ill have to make a whole new tab and reload it to go back to where i was in the video. No matter which browser.

And Minecraft has been giving me issues with 1.12.2 (though i think thats unrelated I thought i should post it anyway even though it can be a bug most likely.) And Yandere Simulator claimed a firewall was blocking it from downloading its data, despite the fact it would have been mid-download, six to seven times when Windows Firewall was not. Nor an antivirus.

Kinda baffled at this point and this is starting to get on my nerves, any help appreciated in advance.

Edit: Minecraft is also crashing abnormally with something like "whilst updating screen" each time, when i try to use a client it crashes after about 20 mins each time also. And all my program downlaods had their setup files scanned with the VirusTotal site, and i get dissconnected from minecraft servers randomly at times. Again, could be a bug, just thought i would add that in due to the nature of this thread. And, upon startup it takes a bit too long, like a minute or so, for desktop shortcuts to show properly, 5400 RPM should still be fast enough to show them almost straight-off the bat, as it showed them almost instantly on my old laptop with that same HDD speed. Minecraft also only has issues with the dissconnectiog on specific servers and versions, ableit 1.8.0 and 1.12.2, another thing i thought i should add, and ive tried 1.9 and 1.10 and they do not have these issues.

Funny thing is, my Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Virtualbox VM's guest additions do not want to seem to work all that well. Otherwise, the VM
istelf isnt affected. And its slow on shut-down, and does the "Welcome" stage on startup a bit slower than usual.

May seem a bit petty issues, but its happening more consistenely now and its getting kinda annoying and on my nerves, and it could also be signs of an infection.

If you can't access the internet with your infected computer you will have to download and transfer any programs to the computer you're using now and transfer them to the infected computer with a CD-RW or a USB storage device. I prefer a CD because a storage device can get infected. If you use a storage device hold the shift key down while inserting the USB storage device for about 10 secs. You will also have to transfer the logs you receive back to the good computer using the same method until we can get the computer back on-line.

This doesn't sound like an infection problem. I'm would like to learn more about the fresh install. How did you do that? Do you have the Windows 7 disk?

Friend did it off of the restore disk for the model, he gave it to me, its my most trusted one. I would probably mess up the install, as ive only toyed with old OS intalls in virtualbox (Win 95/98, 2000/XP, and Ubuntu) and i didnt know if they changed it for the newer installs.

And now on top of that, it has trouble connecting to two paticaul wifi networks, one dosent work entirely now, errors every time i try. The other one, is kinda buggy.

Did it work well after the clean install or did it just start to act weird?

Worked well for a bit, like nothing like that. Then it started to act up after maybe a week or a week and a half subtly, then worse from there. And also my Minecraft render distance keeps turning itself up when i want it down now, from 2 (Tiny) to 8 (Normal).

Avast, made a scan that covered EVERYTHING, still nothing came up.

If I mentioned anything about storage loss, that was due to Fortnite autoupdating, uninstalled it and the desktop icons showed fast, but most of the other issues still remain. Thinking of running eset soon.

Edit: Just had the Minecraft tab open up on me when i was in Chrome without clicking on it, this is getting annoying with these symptoms, again any help appreicated in advance.

Problem is, as i said, this CANT be off the internet, its always using it for something almost all the time.

You don't say what laptop it is and how you did the windows install i.e was if from the manufactures install media/ partition or was it a generic windows install?

If it was generic Windows 7, if there is drivers missing or incorrect drivers installed then the laptop could do weird things.

Also you don't say why you did the reload was weird things like this happening before ?  If they were perhaps there is a hardware problem causing this.

The install was from the Dell Restore Disc, the drivers should be there, and be correct.

Dell Latitude E6530 is the model of the laptop. On top of that the weird things started about a week or a week and a half after it was under usage (usually heavy uses with long periods of sleep mode for my usage). Am downloading speccy, will update you on that.

I attached the txt file since its saying its having trouble connecting to publish servers when i try and hit "Publish snapshot"

Anyway heres the update, and dont mind the cpu temps also.

1. Planning on blowing out my fans soon
2. Also I had a laptop run fine at 90 Celcius CPU temps, aka the Thinkpad, though I didnt really like the temps so I had it cool down.

And my disc drive is removable without unscrewing anything, theres an eject button on it so if you see future reports without a disc drive inserted dont be alarmed.

Thanks for the report. . Have you run the diagnostics in the bios to check the hardware?.To get to the diagnostics press f12 when you power the laptop up and select diagnostics.
