Page drops to the bottom , windows 7 Chrome.

   I am using Chrome, also my cursor tends to run away when I am typing, any help appreciated.

Yes, Regarding the curser, makes no difference, I do updates, delete history do disk clean and do full scans with Microsoft security. nothing seems to work. any more ideas?. As for the page dropping to the bottom, it is a lesser problem and only happens occasionally.

I think I have stopped the cursor jumping, I went Ctrl panel, mouse, pointer options and ticked the box "hide while typing"
