The Security log show you have no Anti-virus program active on your computer. You need to download and install an Av. Avast is about the only one that will run on XP.
Please download it from here.

You will need to defrag you hard drive ASAP.
Go to Start, All programs, Accessories, System Tools and select Disk defragmenter.
Were you able to run MBAM?

can't run mbam get runtime error. see  post above.

Try running it in Safe Mode.

Get the same error box when running in safe mode.
