A camera of a live stream is placed pointing in one direction and doesnt move so not sure how VR would work with this, non movement, non depth changing video.
I would think you would need a robot to move and point the camera in the direction your looking to have anything along these lines and then there is the issue of picture quality and the bandwidth it would take to make it crystal clear.
