File explorer programe that displays animated gifs like pintrest

id like to have a file explorer that when you are viewing your pictures on it. it animates the gifs. but i cant find one dose any one know of one that exists?

So you want to see thumbnails of images with the thumbnails of gifs animated within a File Explorer type of environment?

Kind of how pintest displays images and gifs but on my file explorer when I'm browsing my picture/gif files.

Only way i can think of would be if you ran a program locally that looked at a location for pictures and animated gifs and then it generated a dynamic HTML webpage to run locally that would show the pictures and animated gifs within tables on the page that is generated, and then you could browse through your browser and click on images and animated gifs you have in your collection to see them in full size etc.

Its sort of like reinventing the pintrest wheel locally.

Do you have any programming or web design skills to pull this off yourself?
