    Email showing up weird!

    My email started showing up in text only (or links) no pictures.
    Is there a setting or something I need to change.

        Uncheck basic HTML for slower connections...bottom rite corner on most clients

            I contacted microsoft help and apparently I am using the windows 10 email app.
            He wanted to access my computer online but I didn't feel safe with that! (was I wrong?)
            still can't find an answer as to why my email won't automatically open pictures and banners and ads.

            Win 10 email app has a name...if he didn't know that you weren't talkin to MS...

                Thanks for the help.
                I had found the window site yesterday but it didn't work for me.
                I finally just deleted my accounts and redid my email.
                Works fine now.
